Are you a hands on growth marketer who is as comfortable running Facebook ad accounts as you are briefing a designer or jumping on a call with a content creator?A fast growing UAE wellness brand is hiring its next Head of Brand and Growth Marketing to help lead its next phase of growth, including a fresh push into Saudi Arabia.This is a hands on seat, not a purely strategic one. You will be executing alongside your team, not just directing from above.What's in it for you:Real ownership over brand, growth and partnerships, working directly with the foundersA front row seat as the company scales into Saudi and builds toward a funding roundExposure to two of the region's most active growth marketsAED 20,000 to 25,000 base per month, plus a quarterly incentive of up to 20 percentWhat you'll be doing:Owning performance marketing across Meta, TikTok and SnapchatLeading CRM and retention, including email and WhatsApp journeys and campaignsDirecting brand, content and social strategy across all channelsRunning the influencer and affiliate program end to endBuilding brand partnerships, activations and sponsorshipsManaging a small internal team plus external agencies, working closely with the Saudi market leadWhat we need:3 to 5 years in performance marketing, content and influencer management within an ecommerce, DTC or consumer brandFluent in Arabic and EnglishStartup or fast scaling company background, not purely corporateStrong knowledge of UAE and Saudi consumer behaviour from working directly in the regionA commercial, hands on, entrepreneurial mindsetIf you want to help build a fast growing wellness brand from the inside, we would like to hear from you.
