In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the design, development, and management of bridge projects while driving innovation and excellence across our organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with decisive leadership capabilities to manage complex infrastructure initiatives and mentor a high-performing engineering team.Lead the planning, design, and execution of bridge infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with Indian standards and international best practicesDevelop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance bridge engineering capabilities and project delivery efficiencyManage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while maintaining quality standards and regulatory complianceOversee a team of civil engineers and technical professionals, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development opportunitiesConduct technical analysis and feasibility studies for bridge projects, utilizing advanced engineering tools and methodologiesCollaborate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and stakeholder alignmentEstablish and enforce safety protocols, quality assurance procedures, and environmental standards across all bridge projectsMonitor emerging technologies and industry trends in bridge engineering to maintain competitive advantage and operational excellencePrepare comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholdersEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements and obtain necessary approvals from relevant transportation authoritiesQualifications10+ years of professional experience in bridge engineering, civil infrastructure, or transportation projects5+ years of demonstrated leadership and management experience in a technical environmentProven expertise in bridge design, structural analysis, and construction managementStrong proficiency with CAD software, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and project management toolsIn-depth knowledge of Indian bridge design standards, codes, and regulatory requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to project deliveryDemonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex infrastructure projects from conception to completionStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teamsProfessional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent professional certification in civil/structural engineeringExperience with budget management, cost estimation, and financial planning for infrastructure projectsKnowledge of sustainable and innovative bridge construction methodologiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
