Our mission is to bring efficiency, transparency, and scalability to customized fine jewelry manufacturing and fulfillment.Role SummaryWe're looking for a sharp, analytically-driven operator who thinks like a founder and executes like one too. Your primary mandate is straightforward: bring visibility to a business that's moving fast and needs the data infrastructure to match. You'll instrument our operations, identify what's working and what isn't, and translate findings into process improvements that actually stick.This is a hands-on role. You'll own projects end-to-end, build reporting infrastructure largely from scratch, and operate with a high degree of autonomy. You'll report directly to senior leadership and serve as the analytical backbone across two core operational domains: supply chain and retailer activation.Key ResponsibilitiesData & AnalyticsBuild and own the reporting infrastructure that gives leadership real-time visibility into business performance — order flow, supply chain health, onboarding progress, and platform engagementDefine and track the KPIs that matter, and build dashboards that make them accessible and actionableIdentify patterns in retailer behavior, order velocity, and supply chain performance to surface insights that drive decisions across product, sales, and operationsSupply Chain OperationsOwn end-to-end supply chain visibility — from stone sourcing and memo inventory management to manufacturing coordination and order fulfillmentIdentify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and patterns in the existing infrastructure and work cross-functionally to resolve themBuild scalable processes and documentation on top of existing infrastructure — not starting from zero, but making what's there work harderTrack and analyze supply chain KPIs (lead times, fill rates, memo utilization, fulfillment accuracy) and drive continuous improvementRetailer ActivationAnalyze onboarding metrics end-to-end — time-to-live, activation rates, drop-off points — and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendationsIdentify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the onboarding funnel and work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve themBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into onboarding healthDevelop scalable internal workflows and documentation that support a growing retailer base without proportional headcount growthQualifications- 7+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a closely adjacent field, ideally in a B2B, supply chain, or tech-enabled business.- Strong analytical instincts: highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, experienced with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar), and comfortable writing SQL- Demonstrated track record of building operational visibility and process improvement in a high-growth or early-stage environment.- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) - you can translate complexity into clarity for any audience- CRM experience is highly preferred — Zoho CRM specifically is a strong plus- Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, order tracking systems, or supply chain operations is a plus.
