With an ambitious growth strategy focused on expanding its lending and loans portfolio through strategic partnerships, new products, and digital channels, this is an opportunity for a commercially driven leader to shape the organisation’s next phase of growth by building high-value partnerships and turning new channels into sustainable revenue.Role SummaryAs Head of Business Development, you will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and lead the strategic partnerships and product development agenda.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and scale strategic partnerships with commercial brands, platforms, banks, and organisations across multiple sectors.Develop new digital distribution channels, integrating lending products into partner platforms and applications.Lead the development, launch, and optimisation of lending and loan products in line with customer and market demand.Drive commercial performance, including partner-generated leads, loan conversions, revenue, and year-on-year growth.Expand banking partnerships and lead the team while coordinating across Product, Marketing, and Technology.Essential Skills and ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience across Business Development, Product Development, Product Management, or Financial Services.At least three years of leadership experience at Head or Senior Manager level.Strong experience within lending and loans.Proven success building and scaling strategic partnerships.Experience launching and developing financial products.Understanding of digital platforms, applications, and API integrations.Commercial, entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, and hands-on.If you are an experienced business development leader with a strong background in lending, strategic partnerships, product development, and digital distribution, we would be pleased to hear from you.
