⁩🚀 We’re Hiring: Head of Buying 🛍️✨Location: Khobar, Saudi ArabiaWork Type: On-site (Full-time)Experience: 5+ Years in Retail / Fashion / Luxury BuyingApplication Email: job@ysshospitality.comAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, strategic, and trend-conscious Head of Buying to lead and scale our buying strategy and oversee our growing retail portfolio.In this role, you will be responsible for defining our commercial buying direction, acquiring and onboarding top-tier brands, managing buying budgets, and leading a high-performing team of Buyers to deliver exceptional collections that resonate with our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Brand Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, curate, and onboard leading local and international brands that align with our store identity and customer preferences.Team Leadership & Mentorship: Direct, guide, and manage our buying team (Buyers & Assistant Buyers) to ensure seamless execution of daily buying operations and career growth.Financial & Budget Management: Oversee OTB (Open-to-Buy) budgets, inventory flow, pricing strategies, and margin optimization to maximize profitability.Vendor & Brand Relationship Management: Lead high-level communications and negotiations with partner brands, covering terms, order commitments, sales performance reviews, and replenishment strategies.Seasonal & Event Merchandising: Collaborate with Marketing and Store Operations to select standout products for photoshoots, brand launches, and seasonal campaigns.Market Trends & Performance Analysis: Monitor retail market dynamics, sales KPIs, customer feedback, and fashion trends to proactively adapt buying decisions.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Retail Buying, Brand Management, or Commercial Merchandising (Fashion, Apparel, or Luxury Retail preferred).Leadership: Proven track record of managing and developing a buying team.Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy with experience in budget control, margin planning, and sales analysis.Negotiation & Networking: Exceptional negotiation skills and an established network of brand contacts/distributors.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).Location: Based in or willing to relocate on-site to Khobar, Saudi Arabia.How to ApplyIf you are a passionate retail leader ready to shape the future of our brand portfolio, we’d love to hear from you!📩 Send your CV / Portfolio to: job@ysshospitality.com(Please use the subject line: Application - Head of Buying - Khobar)#RetailJobs #BuyingManager #HeadOfBuying #FashionBuying #KhobarJobs #Saudi Arabia #RetailCareers #Hiring #YSSHospitality #JobOpening #BrandAcquisition
