The environment is fast-paced, analytical, and focused on innovation and long-term growth.Role Description The Head of Capital Raising will lead TradeX Protocol’s efforts to secure capital from institutional and qualified investors and expand the firm’s assets under management. This full-time, on-site role based in United Arab Emirates , KSA and India involves designing and executing a fundraising strategy, building relationships with family offices, hedge funds, asset managers, and other professional investors, and managing the full investor lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing compelling pitch materials, presenting the firm’s strategies and performance, coordinating due diligence processes, and negotiating investment terms in collaboration with legal and compliance teams. The role also includes tracking fundraising pipelines, providing regular reporting on investor engagement, and partnering with senior leadership to align capital raising initiatives with the firm’s strategic priorities. The Head of Capital Raising will represent TradeX Protocol at industry events and work closely with research and trading teams to communicate the firm’s value proposition clearly and accurately.QualificationsStrong track record in capital raising, investor relations, or institutional sales within financial markets, preferably in systematic trading, quantitative strategies, or alternative investments.Deep understanding of global markets and asset classes, including foreign exchange, commodities (such as gold), and digital assets, with the ability to explain complex strategies to sophisticated investors.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience preparing and delivering investor pitch decks, performance reports, and due diligence materials.Proven relationship-building and networking skills, with an existing or developable network of family offices, institutional investors, and professional allocators, particularly in the Middle East and international markets.Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including interpreting performance metrics, risk statistics, and portfolio analytics to support investor discussions.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and operate with high integrity, professionalism, and discretion.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations related to fundraising and investment products, and comfort working with legal counsel on documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is an advantage.
