The company partners with leading food aggregators, e-commerce platforms, and logistics firms in the UAE to help decarbonize their fleets and achieve ambitious sustainability goals. Through its EV as a Service platform, Neo Mobility aims to change how goods and people move by offering cleaner, more efficient transportation solutions. Neo Mobility is currently operating in the UAE and is preparing to launch in KSA soon.Role Description The Head Charging Business is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading Neo Mobility’s EV charging operations and commercial strategy • Build Neo’s CPO strategy and expansion roadmap across the UAE• Identify high-potential locations for EV charging infrastructure• Develop partnerships with real estate owners, malls, hotels, schools, commercial facilities, fleet operators and other location partners• Structure commercially attractive models including revenue share, lease and fleet-charging arrangements• Lead charger procurement, site design, installation, commissioning and operations• Drive charger utilization, revenue and site-level profitability• Develop pricing strategies, unit economics and investment cases for new locations• Build and lead the CPO team as the network scales• Own the P&L and growth of Neo’s charging businessWho we’re looking for:We are looking for a commercially driven leader with experience in EV charging, energy, utilities, infrastructure, mobility or related businesses.Experience in CPO operations, EV infrastructure deployment, site acquisition, energy partnerships, or fleet electrification in UAE would be highly relevant.Neo’s ambition is to build an integrated electric mobility ecosystem spanning electric fleets, charging infrastructure and the next generation of autonomous mobility.If you like the idea of building and scaling an EV charging business from the ground up and strongly believe to fit in, please apply !I
