Team members work in a dynamic environment that values curiosity, thought leadership, and meaningful client outcomes.Role Overview The Head of Client Success & Engagement will be a founding member of our UAE leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth, building brand equity, and establishing Twimbit as a trusted advisory partner in the region. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role suited to someone who thrives in a build-from-the-ground-up environment and is energized by the opportunity to shape a firm's regional trajectory. Business Development & Client Acquisition Lead end-to-end business development efforts across the UAE and broader Middle East, from prospecting and lead generation through to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, setting targets and tracking conversion across the firm's core service lines: Customer Experience, Corporate Strategy & Growth, and M&A/Due Diligence, Investment Promotion & FDI, Economic & Market Intelligence Acquire new clients across government, corporate, and institutional segments Own the full sales cycle for key accounts, including scoping engagements, structuring commercial terms, and coordinating handover to delivery teams Brand Building & Market Positioning Establish and grow the firm's brand presence and reputation in the UAE, positioning it as a credible, high-value consulting and research partner Represent the firm at industry events, government forums, trade delegations, and networking opportunities to build visibility and thought leadership in the market Support the development of marketing collateral, case studies, and content that showcase the firm's regional capabilities and track record Cultivate relationships with media, industry bodies, and business chambers to strengthen the firm's standing in the UAE and broader GCC ecosystem Stakeholder & Relationship Management Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, free zone authorities, corporates, and institutional clients Serve as a trusted point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term relationship value Regional Growth & Strategic Input Grow the firm's presence across the UAE and broader Middle East, identifying new sectors, geographies, and service opportunities for expansion Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and client feedback to inform the firm's regional strategy, positioning, and service offerings Collaborate closely with global leadership and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client commitments and execution capabilities Contribute to hiring and team-building plans as the UAE office scales, helping shape the local operating model Commercial & Operational Support Support proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations to ensure commercially sound and competitively positioned engagements Monitor market rates, deal structures, and win/loss trends to continuously refine the firm's commercial approach in the region QualificationsMinimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage regional setup Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Prior experience within the management consulting and/or research industry is required Based in the UAE for at least 3+ years, with an established network and strong understanding of the local business landscape MBA or Master's degree preferred Proven track record of building client relationships and driving revenue growth in a professional services environment Strong understanding of the UAE and broader GCC economic ecosystem, including key government initiatives and priority sectors Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills a strong plus
