Head of Collections – KuwaitWe are supporting a well-established regional organisation in the appointment of a senior Collections professional based in Kuwait. This is a broader role than traditional credit control, combining collections leadership, revenue assurance, contract review and commercial problem-solving.Reporting to senior finance leadership, the successful candidate will take ownership of improving receivables performance, resolving complex customer disputes and strengthening the overall invoice-to-cash process.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the Collections / Accounts Receivable team.Drive improvements in DSO, overdue receivables and cash collection performance.Take ownership of complex customer disputes and negotiate solutions with senior stakeholders.Review customer contracts, billing and service delivery to identify revenue leakage, under-billing and contractual gaps.Work closely with Finance, Commercial and operational teams to resolve billing and contractual issues.Strengthen collections reporting, forecasting and performance analytics.Introduce improved processes, controls and technology/automation where appropriate.Candidate ProfileStrong experience across Collections, Credit Management, Accounts Receivable or Revenue Assurance.Ideally from a services, telecom, technology or recurring/subscription billing environment rather than product-based businesses.Commercially strong with the ability to interpret customer contracts and resolve complex billing disputes.Confident dealing and negotiating with senior/C-level customer stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and comfortable using data, technology and automation tools.Hands-on, resilient and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.GCC experience would be advantageous.Location: KuwaitEmployment: Permanent, Full-timeRelocation: Open to candidates willing to relocate to KuwaitAll applications and discussions will be handled in strict confidence
