We are currently seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Commercial Legal Contracts to lead the Group’s commercial contracts function and ensure strong legal protection across business transactions and strategic partnerships.About the Role:As the Head of Commercial Legal Contracts, you will lead and manage all commercial contracting activities across the Group, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing local and international contracts and agreements. You will play a key role in protecting the Group’s legal interests, managing contractual risks, and supporting business growth through effective legal guidance.Key Responsibilities:Commercial Contracts Management:Lead the preparation, drafting, and review of commercial contracts and agreementsReview and negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, investors, and other stakeholdersOversee franchise, distribution, and agency agreementsProvide legal advice on commercial transactions and investment activitiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree is preferred8–10 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts, corporate legal affairs, or a related fieldStrong experience in commercial contracts, franchising, distribution, and agency agreementsSkills & Competencies:Strong contract drafting and legal review capabilitiesExcellent legal negotiation and stakeholder management skillsStrong ability to identify and assess contractual legal risksIn-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to commercial contracts, franchising, distribution, and agency agreementsStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a commercial contracts teamExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
