- Manage principals as business partners: targets, co-investment and commercial terms, not only marketing plans
- Drive execution across pharmacy retail, e-commerce and medical promotion, verified in the field and in the data
- Lead a modern, consumer-centric marketing approach across digital, content and influencer activity, with a measured return on every activation
- Own the sales forecast and keep inventory healthy with Supply Chain
- Lead and develop the brand, commercial and marketing teams What you bring
- 8–12 years in consumer healthcare, personal care, FMCG or pharma, including 3–4 years owning a P&L or in a comparable general-management role
- Experience managing both the pharmacy channel and promotion to healthcare professionals
- Financial command: margin analysis, budgets and return on spend
- A proven record in modern marketing: digital, consumer journey, influencer and KOL strategy
- A track record of leading teams through clear KPIs and accountability
- Fluent Arabic and English; French an advantage Why join You will run a business with real authority over its strategy and results, direct access to the CEO, and the backing of a group that is investing in its commercial capabilities, systems and distribution.
