Fewer things to chase.Fewer decisions that consume attention simply because nobody else can make them quite the way they would.WYLE is building a Clone with Conscience: something that learns how you think, decide, communicate and live, so it can increasingly handle parts of life the way you would. The ambition is not to help people do more.It is to give them more of their life back. Now we need someone who can make people understand that, feel it and talk about it.We are hiring a Head of Content & Community. This is not a social-media role with a larger title. You will own WYLE's content and community function end to end. What You OwnYou will build the ideas, formats, pillars and recurring franchises underneath it.You will decide:what WYLE should talk about;what belongs to the Founder versus WYLE;what makes someone stop rather than scroll;which idea belongs on which platform;how one thought becomes several genuinely native pieces of content;what should happen publicly and what belongs inside the community;how content moves someone from curiosity to understanding to action. You will be one of the faces of WYLEThis role is not behind the curtain. You will appear regularly on camera, both independently and alongside the Founder. You should be able to hold attention across video, conversation, writing and live formats without sounding scripted or corporate.Over time, people should recognise your face, your voice and your point of view as part of WYLE.You will build the community people want to return toCommunity is not a distribution list.It is where attention becomes participation. You will shape the conversations, rituals and experiences that make people want to stay, contribute and bring others with them. That may include WYLE calls, AMAs, beta conversations, discussions, UGC, advocacy, meetups and new formats we have not invented yet.And you will stay unusually close to what people are saying, questioning, struggling with and discovering.Because the community should not just hear from WYLE.You must be able to writePosts. Scripts. Hooks. Interviews. Product explanations. Long-form thinking. Community copy. Podcast structures.Who we are looking for:Typically 7–10+ years of experience, although evidence matters much more than tenure. We want someone who has done several of these:built a Founder or executive content programme;built or materially grown a real community;owned multi-platform editorial strategy;written excellent published content;created repeatable content franchises;run podcasts, webinars, AMAs or community sessions;interviewed customers, founders or experts;used audience insight to change content or positioning;built UGC or advocacy systems;worked successfully with a small team;personally created, not merely managed.Strong backgrounds could come from technology, startups, media, editorial, creator businesses, community-led companies or strong consumer brands. And you should be able to operate without needing a large agency, a large team or a perfectly prepared brief.Probably not for you, if:you mainly manage social calendars;you need other people to do the writing;you optimise for followers rather than relevance;you need a large team before you can execute;you dislike being on camera;you prefer strategy decks to shipping.CompensationThis is an equity-led role with a partial salary during WYLE's current stage. We are looking for someone who wants meaningful ownership and is comfortable joining before WYLE reaches mature-company compensation levels.Detailed compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. To ApplySend:your CV to ceo@wyle.ai or DM on LinkedIn;your strongest published work;one content or community system you personally helped build;3–5 relevant outcomes and exactly what you owned;a public video, podcast, interview or speaking example where we can hear you communicate. If you do not have one, send us a short video explaining a difficult idea you care about. We are not looking for the person with the biggest title. We are looking for someone who can make a difficult idea impossible to ignore.
