We are focused on building memorable brands through compelling storytelling, strong creative, and innovative marketing.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Head of Content Creation to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for fashion, photography, videography, storytelling, and creative production.This is a production-focused role responsible for creating at least 300 pieces of content per month across the Brian Brothers portfolio of brands. The Head of Content Creation owns the entire content creation process—from planning and producing shoots to editing and delivering finished assets.You will work closely with the Social Media Lead, Director, Brand, and Director, Marketing to create content that supports social media, ecommerce, paid advertising, email marketing, websites, and other digital initiatives.The ideal candidate is someone who can independently produce high-quality content while constantly looking for new opportunities to create additional assets beyond assigned requests.Experience in fashion, streetwear, ecommerce, or lifestyle content is a MAJOR plus.Location & ScheduleThis is a full-time, in-person position based primarily at our Carlstadt, NJ office and warehouse.Candidates should be comfortable traveling throughout New York City and New Jersey for lifestyle photo and video shoots while also supporting ecommerce productions at our warehouse.Reports ToDirector, BrandKey ResponsibilitiesProduce a minimum of 300 pieces of content every month across photography and video.Independently photograph, film, edit, and deliver content for Jordan Craig, See You In Paradise, and other Brian Brothers brands.Own every aspect of lifestyle photo and video shoots, including:Developing creative conceptsFinding and securing locationsRecruiting and coordinating modelsSelecting products and outfits to featureCreating shot listsWriting and distributing call sheetsCoordinating shoot logisticsCapture lifestyle, ecommerce, behind-the-scenes, and product content.Assist with ecommerce shoots at our warehouse, including product photography and video.Edit all photo and video content to meet brand standards and marketing needs.Deliver content optimized for social media, websites, paid advertising, ecommerce, email marketing, and other digital channels.Work alongside professional photographers and videographers on larger productions while maintaining the ability to execute shoots independently.Organize and maintain content libraries for future use.Stay current on photography, videography, editing techniques, and content trends.Proactively identify opportunities to create new content beyond assigned requests.Consistently build a library of fresh content that supports current and future marketing campaigns.SkillsStrong photography and videography skills.Strong photo and video editing skills.Excellent production planning and organizational abilities.Creative eye for fashion, styling, composition, and storytelling.Ability to produce a high volume of quality content.Strong communication and time management skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently.ExperienceProven experience producing photo and video content for brands.Experience planning and executing lifestyle shoots.Experience with ecommerce photography and product content.Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, editing, and creative direction.Fashion or apparel experience preferred.Program ProficiencyAdobe Premiere ProPhotoshopLightroomAfter EffectsCapCutDaVinci ResolveFinal Cut ProAdobe Creative SuitePerformance ExpectationsSuccess in this role will be measured by:Producing 300+ pieces of content each monthDelivering content on schedule.Consistently meeting Brian Brothers' creative standards.Successfully planning and executing photo and video shoots.Producing high-quality edited assets ready for marketing use.Proactively creating content beyond assigned requests.Maintaining a continuous pipeline of fresh creative assets.Personal QualitiesPassion for storytelling and visual content.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Takes ownership of projects from concept through delivery.Creative problem solver.Team player.Self-starter.Pay$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
