We are seeking an experienced Head of Control Room to lead and optimize our 24/7 operational command center, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across our fleet and mobility network.About the Role:As the Head of Control Room, you will oversee real-time fleet operations, incident management, service monitoring, and operational decision-making.
