The job holder is responsible for leading local internal communications, public relations, and reputation management activities to enhance stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with Group communication standards.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy and PlanningContribute to the development of Marketing & Corporate Communications business plan ensuring alignment with Company strategyDevelop the operational plan for Corporate Communication in line with Marketing & Corporate Communications business plan and Strategy & Business Development strategic planImplement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Corporate Communication goals that support Company's overall strategic plansBudget ManagementDiscuss Corporate Communication budgeting requirements with top management and provide input to the budgeting processEnsure effective utilization of Corporate Communication budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encounteredInternal CommunicationOversee the development of Company's internal communications strategy and annual plan to ensure consistent and structured messaging across all employee-facing communication channelsInitiate communication campaigns and engagement initiatives aligned with cluster priorities to foster a cohesive organizational culture and ensure consistent employee awarenessEnsure the timely delivery of internal communications, including newsletters and engagement initiatives, in line with Group guidelines and cluster-specific communication prioritiesMonitor employee reach and engagement levels across internal communication channels to validate that messaging is effectively received and understood across CompanyReview internal communication materials before release to ensure alignment with Group brand guidelines, messaging accuracy, and relevance to employee audiences across CompanyRecommend improvements to internal communication approaches based on employee feedback and engagement metrics to continuously strengthen the reach and impact of messagingPolicies, Processes and ProceduresLead the design and implementation of Corporate Communication policies and procedures covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high impact and achieving results effectively and efficientlyStay abreast of best practices to enable continuous improvement of systems, processes, and policies related to Corporate CommunicationRemain abreast of Marketing & Corporate Communications leading practice and new trends, and identify recommendations for corrective measures, updates and improvements where requiredStakeholder ManagementEstablish working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholdersCollect feedback from stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements in order to identify barriers and develop action plansActively gain exposure and insights to local market development, business opportunities and the existing regulatory landscapeAttend related forums, seminars, etc. to enrich network and learn about the latest developments and opportunitiesPeople ManagementParticipate in the identification and recruitment of key talentGuide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processesDevelop individual performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise team and provide regular feedback on performanceEstablish a high-performance working environment and promote Company valuesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.5-8 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, or a related field.Strong knowledge of corporate communications.Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
