Founded in 2017, they work across brand, entertainment, art, film, fashion, and private clients to create unforgettable experiences.The RoleThey are looking for a Head of Creative to lead the development of bold, experience-led ideas from pitch through to delivery. This role is ideal for a strong conceptual thinker who can combine storytelling, guest experience, and design to create compelling, immersive projects. Working closely with their Creative Director, Producers, and Production teams, you'll shape creative vision, develop engaging concepts, and ensure every project is grounded in a powerful idea and executed to the highest standard.What You'll DoLead the creative development of experiential and spatial design conceptsTurn brand stories into memorable physical and immersive experiencesDrive creative thinking across pitches, presentations, and live projectsCreate mood boards, visual directions, and design narrativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious, achievable ideasOversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and consistencyPresent ideas confidently to clients and internal teamsAbout You7+ years' experience in a creative agency, production company, or similar environmentStrong portfolio showcasing experiential, spatial, or environmental designExcellent conceptual and storytelling skillsUnderstanding of materials, construction, and production processesConfident communicator and presenterOrganised, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projectsExperienced leading teams and delivering projects from brief to launchPassionate about design, culture, and creating meaningful experiencesPlease get in touch with me, Summer Bolitho summer.bolitho@mustardjobs.co.uk if this position sounds of interest.
