Key Responsibilities1. Own KIDAN's Cybersecurity Posture Own KIDAN's overall cybersecurity posture, strategy, policies, standards and roadmap. Ensure cybersecurity is embedded across KIDAN's technology, operations and internal environment. Identify and challenge cyber risks, gaps and priorities, and drive corrective actions. Own cybersecurity compliance and support certifications and frameworks such as ISO 27001. Work closely with Technology, Operations and leadership to ensure cybersecurity is built into how KIDAN operates. Be technically involved in assessing KIDAN's cybersecurity architecture, technologies, configurations, controls and implementations. Regularly go beyond governance and documentation to validate that cyber controls are actually implemented and working effectively in practice. 2. Provide Hands-On Technical Cybersecurity Leadership Act as a technical cybersecurity leader who can get into the field and work directly with technical teams. Review and challenge cybersecurity architectures, technical designs, configurations, implementations and controls. Participate directly in complex cyber investigations, incident response, escalations and technical problem-solving when required. Work alongside engineers, cybersecurity specialists and SOC analysts to solve complex cyber challenges and improve technical capabilities. Maintain a strong understanding of the technologies, tools and platforms used across KIDAN's cybersecurity environment. Be able to independently understand and assess technical cyber issues rather than relying exclusively on the team for technical interpretation. Set the technical standard for the cybersecurity organization and continuously raise the team's technical maturity. Remain sufficiently hands-on to maintain technical credibility with both internal teams and enterprise customers. 3. Own & Develop the Cybersecurity Offering Own the strategy, quality and relevance of KIDAN's cybersecurity offering. Continuously challenge and improve our cybersecurity services, capabilities and value proposition. Ensure our SOC and cybersecurity services (e.g. detection and response, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, cyber resilience) are technically strong, operationally mature and aligned with enterprise customer needs. Stay close to the actual delivery of our cybersecurity services and understand how our offerings are implemented in real customer environments. Work with the commercial and technology teams to identify opportunities to grow KIDAN's cybersecurity business and revenue. Ensure what we sell is what we can genuinely deliver at a high standard. Participate in the design and evolution of cybersecurity solutions, architectures and service models. Support the team in complex technical customer opportunities where senior cybersecurity expertise is required. 4. Challenge Cybersecurity Delivery Ensure cybersecurity services and projects are delivered to a consistently high standard. Stay close to delivery and regularly engage with the teams doing the technical work. Challenge processes, technical decisions, architecture and delivery quality where cybersecurity standards are not met. Review technical deliverables and cybersecurity implementations where appropriate. Oversee the SOC team and ensure strong operational performance, processes, quality and continuous improvement. Establish clear cybersecurity KPIs, controls and quality standards. Step into critical delivery, technical escalations or cyber incidents when the situation requires senior technical expertise. Ensure lessons from cyber incidents, projects and customer engagements are translated into improvements across the cybersecurity function. 5. Enterprise Customer & Cybersecurity Escalation Point Act as a senior cybersecurity point of contact for key enterprise customers. Be comfortable going into customer environments and engaging directly with technical teams, cybersecurity teams, IT leaders and executives. Lead or support customer discussions around cybersecurity strategy, architecture, compliance, cyber risk and major requirements. Participate in technical workshops, cyber risk assessments, architecture discussions and complex customer engagements. Act as the escalation point for critical cybersecurity topics, incidents and customer concerns. Be able to discuss technical cybersecurity topics at depth with experienced customer cyber and IT professionals. Build trust with customers by bringing strong technical expertise, credibility and business understanding. 6. Cybersecurity Leadership & Governance Establish clear cybersecurity governance, ownership and decision-making across KIDAN. Ensure cyber risks are visible and appropriately escalated to leadership. Partner with Technology, Compliance, Operations and other functions on cybersecurity priorities and risk management. Lead, coach and develop the cybersecurity team, creating a culture of technical excellence, ownership and continuous improvement. Lead by technical credibility and expertise, not only through management and delegation. Stay current on relevant cyber threats, attacker techniques, technologies, regulations and industry standards, and translate them into actionable priorities for KIDAN. KIDAN's cybersecurity revenue grows because customers trust our expertise and see clear value in our offering. Enterprise customers know they have a senior, credible cybersecurity expert they can trust and escalate to. Cyber risks, incidents and compliance gaps are identified early and acted upon. Technology and cybersecurity teams work closely together, with cybersecurity embedded into how KIDAN builds and delivers technology. Requirements Strong senior experience in cybersecurity, security operations or a CISO-level role. Strong understanding of cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk, compliance and security operations. Experience managing or leading a SOC / cyber defense function. Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity and cybersecurity service delivery. Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders. Strong ability to challenge technical and business decisions and communicate cyber risk clearly. Experience with ISO 27001 and relevant cybersecurity frameworks Fluent in French and English. German is a strong advantage. Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect cybersecurity capabilities to customer value and business growth. Hands-on, credible and comfortable operating across strategy, technology, delivery and customer conversations.
