Head of Data & AI Products | Leading Financial Organization | Central IsraelReady to lead the next generation of Data & AI products in the financial industry?A leading financial organization is looking for a Head of Data & AI Products to lead its product strategy and portfolio, with a strong focus on GenAI – from identifying business opportunities through development, implementation, adoption, and measurable business impact.The role includes leading a team of Product Managers, owning the Data & AI product portfolio, and driving strategic cross-organizational initiatives across business, technology, executive leadership, and governance functions.What You'll DoDefine the Data & AI product strategy and roadmapOwn and prioritize a portfolio of AI and GenAI products and initiativesLead products end-to-end, from Business Case through Production, Scale, and measurable business valueLead, manage, and develop a team of Product ManagersOwn portfolio planning, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risksDrive cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teamsCollaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Information SecurityEmbed Responsible AI and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycleMeasure product adoption, effectiveness, and business impactEvaluate relevant technologies, vendors, and strategic partnersWhat We're Looking ForSignificant management experience within a large, complex, matrixed organization – requiredSignificant technology product management experience, including proven experience leading AI products – requiredExperience managing and developing Product Management teamsExperience managing a portfolio of products and cross-organizational initiativesProven experience taking products from business need and Business Case through Production, Scale, and measurable valueStrong understanding of Data, Analytics, Machine Learning, and GenAIExperience working across business, technology, and governance functionsExperience within a regulated environment and working with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, and Information SecurityBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldStrong AdvantageBanking, Financial Services, or FinTech experienceMaster's degree📍 Central Israel | Full-time
