Head of Data Products & SolutionsWe are looking for an experienced Head of Data Products & Solutions to lead the strategy, commercial growth, and operations of a growing Data Products business. This leadership role will have full accountability for business performance, including revenue growth, profitability, product commercialization, customer success, and organizational development. Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the overall business strategy, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) and commercialization strategy for data products, AI solutions, and analytics services.Own P&L performance, budgeting, operational efficiency, and business governance.Build and scale product portfolios, operating models, strategic partnerships, and new market opportunities.Serve as an executive partner to key clients, strengthening customer relationships, retention, and account growth.Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Sales, Business Development, Delivery, Customer Success, and Operations.Use data, analytics, AI, and market insights to improve business performance and identify growth opportunities. Qualifications15+ years of leadership experience across technology, data, analytics, AI, digital products, consulting, or enterprise solutions.At least 5 years in a senior executive or business unit leadership role.Proven experience managing a P&L and delivering revenue and profitability targets.Strong track record in building, commercializing, and scaling data, AI, analytics, or digital products.Experience developing GTM strategies, pricing, customer acquisition, and market expansion.Strong understanding of Data Platforms, AI/ML, Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, and Cloud technologies.Strong commercial, stakeholder management, business development, and people leadership capabilities.Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Telecommunications, Technology, or Enterprise Software is an advantage.
