Head of Delivery

Create Impact.ZILLIONe Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Delivery to lead our project delivery practice and drive successful execution across local and international markets.This strategic leadership role is responsible for ensuring projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and profitably, while establishing strong governance frameworks, driving delivery excellence, managing delivery risks, and building high-performing project management and delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop a team of Associate PMs, PMs, Senior PMs, and delivery professionals.Own and drive end-to-end project and program delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.Drive project profitability, resource utilization, delivery performance, and revenue realization across the portfolio.Establish, implement, and enforce project governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and best practices.Oversee project portfolio management, prioritization, delivery planning, and resource allocation.Proactively manage project risks, escalations, dependencies, and recovery initiatives.Ensure delivery excellence through effective monitoring, quality assurance, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead stakeholder engagement and delivery governance for local and international clients.Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Technology, and Business Units to ensure seamless transition from project initiation to delivery.Monitor project health, customer satisfaction, contractual commitments, and operational KPIs.Provide executive-level reporting, delivery insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric delivery.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT/software industry.Minimum 5 years of experience leading Project Management teams, PMOs, delivery functions, or project portfolios.Proven track record in enterprise project delivery, PMO leadership, and project governance.Demonstrated experience managing project profitability, budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance.Experience working with international clients across multiple markets and time zones.Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.Proven experience in portfolio management, resource planning, risk management, and delivery governance.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and people development skills.Strong business acumen with the ability to align delivery objectives with organizational goals.Why Join ZILLIONe?Lead strategic digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives.Work with leading local and international clients across diverse industries.Shape and influence the organization's project delivery and governance strategy.Drive delivery excellence, business growth, and customer success.Be part of a growing technology company at the forefront of innovation and business transformation.
