Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & ManagementDirection: Set the technical direction and strategy for the development team, ensuringalignment with overall business objectives.Team Oversight: Manage the full team lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, settingperformance goals, and conducting reviews.Culture: Foster a positive, productive work environment that encourages collaborationand innovation.Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of learning by identifying areas foroptimization and introducing new technologies or processes.Technical Excellence & Quality AssuranceArchitecture: Leverage a deep understanding of software development methodologies,architecture, and best practices to guide decision-making.Quality Control: Establish quality assurance processes, conduct code reviews, andimplement testing strategies to ensure high reliability and quality standards.Industry Knowledge: Maintain a strong technical background and stay up-to-date withthe latest industry trends.Project Management & CollaborationExecution: Oversee project planning, resourcing, and execution to ensure timelines areestimated accurately and resources are allocated effectively.Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the bridge between development and otherdepartments (Product, Marketing, Operations), conveying technical concepts tonon-technical stakeholders.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with diverse teams andcommunicate effectively across organizational boundaries.RequirementsEducation & ExperienceEducation: A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldTotal Experience: Minimum of 15 years of professional experienceTechnical Experience: 8+ years of experience designing and building scalable enterprisesoftware.Management Experience: 7+ years of managing teams within a developmentorganization.Skills & LanguagesCore Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are requiredAgility: Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentLanguages: Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
