About the Role
We're looking for a highly creative, hands-on Head of Digital Design to take full ownership of Blooio's visual identity, SaaS product interfaces, and digital marketing creative.You'll work directly with our founding team to shape how Blooio looks and feels across our brand, customer-facing products, internal tools, website, advertising, and video content.This is a multidisciplinary digital design role for someone with exceptional visual taste, strong technical design skills, and the ability to execute ideas independently.
What You'll Do
- Brand Identity: Design and evolve Blooio's logo, typography, colors, iconography, and complete visual identity.- Product UI/UX: Design modern, intuitive customer-facing SaaS dashboards, internal admin tools, and complex software workflows.- Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable Figma component libraries and consistent UI patterns.- Web Design: Design landing pages, website experiences, and product-focused web interfaces.- Marketing Creative: Create high-quality digital ads, social media graphics, campaign visuals, and promotional assets.- Motion & Video: Design motion graphics, animated UI demonstrations, and visual assets for advertisements and product videos.- Creative Direction: Establish and maintain a cohesive visual standard across all digital touchpoints.What We're Looking For:- 4+ years of professional digital design experience, ideally within SaaS, technology, or startups.- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating **both SaaS UI/UX design and brand identity work**.- Expert proficiency in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and responsive layouts.- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, color, and modern visual design.- Experience designing complex web applications and dashboard interfaces.- Ability to independently take projects from initial concept to polished, production-ready designs.- Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Bonus: Experience with Lottie, frontend development, or video editing. Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, or digital animation is also a plus.
