Head of Digital Portfolio & PMOLocation: London Salary: Up to £150,000 + bonus + benefits This is a Permanent OpportunityI’m partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Head of Digital Portfolio & PMO, responsible for leading the Transformation Portfolio Office and providing governance, prioritisation and oversight across a significant portfolio of digital and business transformation initiatives. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for:Portfolio governance, prioritisation and performanceTransformation investment control and benefits realisationExecutive-level governance, reporting and decision supportResource and capacity planning across the portfolioChange, adoption and delivery standardsVendor and delivery partner governanceDriving consistency and accountability across programmes and projects We’re looking for someone with strong PMO/Portfolio leadership experience within a complex enterprise environment, ideally having managed transformation portfolios with £5m–£10m+ annual investment. You’ll combine commercial acumen with strong executive stakeholder management and the ability to turn portfolio data into clear strategic insight. Experience across Power BI, Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft Project, Planner and/or broader PPM tooling would be valuable. Certifications such as MSP, MoP, PRINCE2, P3O, AgilePM, SAFe or Lean Portfolio Management are desirable.
