Head of Ecommerce (Arabic Speaker)

PECTIV is a premium feminine care brand based in the UAE.As we scale toward our long-term regional growth vision, we are looking for an ambitious and growth-driven Head of E-commerce to lead PECTIV’s ecommerce growth and customer journey.Role DescriptionThis role will own ecommerce growth strategy, retention, offers, conversion optimization, and overall online commercial performance across UAE & KSA.ResponsibilitiesManage ecommerce growth strategy and revenue targetsImprove Shopify conversion rate and customer journeyBuild promotional and campaign calendarManage retention strategy across Email, WhatsApp, and subscriptionsImprove CAC, AOV, LTV, and repeat purchase rateCoordinate paid ads, creatives, CRM, and launchesBuild bundles, upsells, and offer strategyAnalyze KPIs, cohorts, and business performanceManage growth reporting and weekly dashboardsCoordinate freelancers/agencies and internal teamSupport expansion plans in KSACandidate RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years experience in ecommerce growth/performanceStrong understanding of Shopify and DTC ecommerceExperience with Meta Ads, CRM, CRO, and retentionStrong analytical and commercial thinkingExperience managing growth KPIs and ecommerce funnelsStrong leadership and communication skillsStartup mindset with ownership mentalityExperience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG is a plus
