E-commerce Senior Executive / E-commerce Specialist Manesar Gurugram Location Experience- 7-12 yearsSalary 17-18 LPA Key ResponsibilitiesLead and scale e-commerce and quick commerce business across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.Own online sales, revenue targets, P&L, profitability and growth strategy.Manage marketplace operations, pricing, catalog, promotions, inventory and platform performance.Drive quick commerce expansion, assortment, availability, visibility and regional growth.Manage marketplace advertising, performance marketing and ROAS.Build and manage relationships with marketplace and quick commerce partners.Lead e-commerce teams and coordinate with marketing, supply chain and finance.Analyze sales, competition and customer data to drive business decisions.Requirements7+ years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace / Quick Commerce.Experience with FMCG, D2C, Consumer Goods, Retail or Lifestyle brands preferred.Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.Strong P&L, analytics, negotiation and team management skills.
