About HySightsHySights is a proprietary data and market intelligence platform for the global clean fuels sector, covering bio-methane, SAF, bio-LNG, ammonia, e-methanol and green hydrogen. We collect primary data directly from project developers and independently rate projects across three dimensions: Bankability, Cost and Emissions.Our data is available on the screens of major global exchanges, and we serve clean fuels buyers, traders, developers and investors around the world. Headquartered in Singapore, HySights is in expansion mode.The roleWe are hiring a Head of Editorial to join our senior leadership team in Singapore. As we increase our publishing cadence and build our position as the reference source for clean molecule markets, you will own what HySights publishes and how our voice is heard across the industry.You will work alongside our data operations, data science and AI, and sector leadership teams to turn a proprietary primary dataset into analysis, content and data products that customers rely on.What you will doEditorial leadership and publishing

• Set the editorial agenda and the publishing calendar across market commentary, analysis and flagship reports.
• Write regularly and at volume, turning HySights’ primary data into analysis that investors, offtakers and developers act on.
• Establish and uphold editorial standards for accuracy, sourcing and independence across all published content.
• Work with the data operations and data science teams to develop content into data products delivered through the HySights platform.Industry voice
• Represent HySights as a leading voice on clean fuels markets at conferences, industry events and in the media.
• Build relationships with developers, investors, offtakers, industry bodies and policymakers across Asia-Pacific and beyond.
• Bring insight from these conversations back into our editorial agenda and datasets.New data sources
• Continuously identify new data sources that can be layered into HySights’ proprietary datasets.
• Evaluate each source for quality, relevance and commercial value, and work with the product team to integrate it into the platform.
• Use every new dataset to build a richer and more compelling experience for customers.What you bring
• At least 10 years’ experience in energy or commodity markets, gained at an energy data company or research house. Experience at a data company, such as a price reporting agency or market intelligence platform, is strongly preferred.
• A track record of leading editorial, market reporting or research output at a senior level.
• Hands-on experience establishing, governing or evolving pricing, assessment or rating methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of clean fuels markets and the policy frameworks that shape them, including carbon pricing, blending mandates and aviation and maritime decarbonisation regulation.
• Strong data literacy, with the ability to work with large datasets and translate them into clear, evidence-based commentary.
• An established industry profile, with experience speaking at conferences and engaging with the media.
• Exceptional written English and the ability to write clearly, quickly and at volume.
