The Head of Engineering & Delivery – ANZ will lead Minfy’s regional engineering and delivery organization, driving customer success by leveraging Minfy’s expertise and our strategic AWS alliance. This leader will play a critical role in scaling delivery excellence, nurturing partner-driven growth, and co-creating solutions that bring measurable value to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Success & Delivery ExcellenceLead delivery of transformation engagements across ANZ, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer delight.Partner with AWS and other ecosystem collaborators to accelerate cloud adoption and deliver co-innovated solutions.Establish governance frameworks for delivery excellence, risk management, and proactive issue resolution.Engineering LeadershipScale engineering capabilities to deliver cloud-native, AI/ML, and modernization solutions leveraging AWS platforms.Champion DevOps, FinOps, Cloud Security, and automation-first delivery models.Ensure engineering teams are continuously upskilled on AWS certifications, new services, and emerging partner technologies.Alliance & Ecosystem EngagementAct as a senior delivery representative in Minfy’s AWS alliance ecosystem, ensuring alignment with joint go-to-market strategies.Build strong working relationships with AWS Partner teams, solution architects, and industry specialists to co-develop value propositions for customers.Leverage the broader partner ecosystem (ISVs, SaaS providers, and service partners) to enhance solution capabilities and accelerate delivery.People & CultureBuild and mentor high-performing delivery and engineering teams across ANZ.Foster a culture that thrives on customer-first mindset, AWS-aligned innovation, and collaborative growth.Promote diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning across teams.Qualifications & Experience20+ years in technology leadership, including engineering and delivery management.Proven success in leading cloud transformation programs leveraging AWS technologies.Deep expertise in AWS cloud services (migration, modernization, data & AI, security, FinOps).Strong understanding of the AWS Partner Network (APN) and co-sell/co-delivery models.Experience working with large enterprise customers in ANZ.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with executive presence.Key CompetenciesCustomer-obsessed and delivery-driven.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.Collaborative leader who can bridge AWS alliance priorities with customer outcomes.Strong commercial acumen and ability to scale profitable delivery models.Ability to inspire and build high-performing teams in a fast-growth environment.
