Head of Engineering📍 Newcastle | Hybrid | £70,000 – £80,000We're working with a client in the embedded electronic systems space who is looking to appoint a Head of Engineering to take ownership of a combined software and hardware function of around 15 engineers.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has come up through embedded and application-level engineering and now wants to lead teams building the products they used to design themselves.🎯 The RoleYou'll take full technical and people leadership of the engineering department, spanning embedded firmware, hardware, and application-level software.
