Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey ResponsibilitiesSupervises the management of various events of the entity.Provides recommendations regarding areas of development and improvement within the department.Monitors the planning and implementation processes of internal and external events (such as conferences and others).Ensures the management and coordination of all necessary arrangements to support any official visits/events organized by the official.Monitors support for external decentralized events (events organized by another organizational unit within the entity) and coordinates with the relevant organizational unit regarding any event of its own.Monitors the management of events in accordance with the required timelines and budget, tracks expenses, prepares related reports, and manages/resolves any issues related to the event.Supervises the management/resolution of any issues related to the event and the development of alternative plans.Monitors various logistical support activities (searching for and booking the required venue (including halls, locations, accommodation, transportation, flight bookings, visa issuance, and others), identifying guests and speakers and organizing activities related to them, reviewing service providers’ contracts and coordinating the activities related to signing such contracts between the organization and service providers, and others).Ensures the development of official visit support programs and ensures that program information is circulated to the concerned entities to ensure that they are informed of it.Supervises the management of the invitee list with regard to any invitees who are VIPs and official delegations.Ensures the preparation and presentation of commemorative/honorary gifts to VIP guests and official delegations on behalf of the official.Supervises crowd management for events.Supervises the submission of reports related to previous events and seeks to support the continuous development of the entity’s internal and external events.Complies with the entity’s work regulations and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures of the organizational unit.Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.Required ExperienceMinimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.EducationBachelor’s degree in Media or any related field.
