Experience and relationships across North Africa and/or Latin America are of particular interest.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop the company’s international fertilizer trading activities across products including urea, ammonia, phosphates, DAP, MAP, NPK, potash and related fertilizer productsManage and grow physical trading volumes across key global marketsDevelop relationships with producers, suppliers, distributors and end usersTake responsibility for commercial strategy, P&L performance and market developmentIdentify new trading opportunities, with particular focus on North Africa and Latin AmericaKey RequirementsSignificant experience within physical fertilizer tradingStrong knowledge of nitrogen, phosphate and/or potash marketsProven commercial track record with demonstrable P&L responsibilityEstablished network of producers, suppliers and customers within the fertilizer marketExperience across North Africa and/or Latin America highly desirableFor all positions based in Switzerland, Redstone Commodity Search works with their licensed Swiss partner Accurity GmbH.
