Head of Finance

🚨 We're Hiring | Head of Finance | Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead our finance function and drive strategic financial planning, regulatory compliance, and business growth.Key Responsibilities:• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.• Oversee financial reporting, Board reporting, and business performance analysis.• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and applicable regulatory requirements.• Manage financial controls, risk management, and internal audit processes.• Lead ERP implementation and continuous process improvement initiatives.• Partner with senior management to support strategic business decisions.• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.Requirements:✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, and CA, ACCA,✅ Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.✅ Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, treasury, and financial reporting.✅ Sound knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory compliance.✅ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).✅ Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.✅ UAE experience is highly preferred.📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
