Head of Finance

On behalf of our client, a leading international group, we are seeking a commercially focused Head of Finance to oversee financial planning, reporting, governance, and strategic financial management across regional operations. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership to support continued business growth and expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.Manage financial reporting and business performance analysis.Support strategic planning and executive decision-making.Oversee cash flow, treasury and financial controls.Ensure regulatory compliance and corporate governance.Lead finance teams and develop internal capabilities.Support M&A, investment and business expansion projects. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.10+ years of senior finance leadership experience.Strong commercial finance and FP&A background.Experience partnering with executive leadership.Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills. What We OfferGross monthly salary of AED 25K–30K, depending on qualifications and experience.Performance-based bonus.UAE employment visa.Medical insurance.Long-term career development within a growing international group.
