Head of Finance | DubaiWe are partnering with a leading multi-brand business in Dubai to appoint a Head of Finance reporting directly to the Group CFO.This is a senior, commercially focused finance role with responsibility for the financial performance, planning, governance and strategic decision support of a growing F&B portfolio.Key responsibilities:Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and performance management across the F&B portfolioPartner closely with senior leadership and operational teams to drive revenue, profitability and operational efficiencyOwn FP&A and provide commercial insight across brands, stores, channels and product categoriesDrive margin improvement through pricing, menu engineering, cost optimisation and profitability analysisMonitor key metrics including revenue, EBITDA, gross margin, cash flow, working capital and ROIOversee financial reporting, controls, governance, audit and complianceSupport investment decisions, new openings, expansion initiatives and business transformationLead and develop the finance team while working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement and MarketingWhat we're looking for:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), mandatoryApproximately 10–12 years of progressive finance experienceStrong background within F&B, restaurants, food service or hospitalityExperience supporting multi-site / multi-unit operationsStrong commercial finance, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and business-partnering capabilityGood understanding of F&B cost structures, inventory, margins, cash flow and profitabilityGCC experience is preferred, although candidates with strong F&B experience internationally who are open to relocating to Dubai will be consideredStrong stakeholder-management and team-leadership skillsLocation: Dubai, UAEThis could be particularly attractive to a strong Finance Manager, Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller within a major F&B organisation who is ready to step into a broader Head of Finance mandate.If you have built your finance career within a multi-brand or multi-site F&B environment and are interested in discussing the opportunity confidentially, please apply or contact me directly.
