Head of Finance

We’re Hiring | Head of Finance | Dubai, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance, reporting and treasury function of a multi-entity business operating within the agricultural products trading and distribution sector.This is a senior leadership role requiring a strong combination of financial control, commercial finance, treasury and business partnering, with the ability to work closely with executive management and commercial teams to support growth, strengthen financial governance and optimize business performance.Key areas of responsibility:• Lead group finance, accounting and IFRS consolidation across multiple entities and geographies• Own management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning• Manage treasury, liquidity, funding and working capital across the business• Oversee banking facilities, cash-flow forecasting, FX exposure and hedging• Partner with sales, trading, procurement and operations on pricing, margins, profitability and commercial decisions• Develop financial models and business cases for new markets, products and investments• Strengthen financial controls, governance, audit and statutory compliance• Drive finance systems, reporting automation and NetSuite optimization• Build, develop and lead a high-performing finance teamWhat we are looking for:✔ 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role✔ Strong experience within commodities, agricultural trading, FMCG, trading or distribution✔ Strong hands-on expertise in IFRS, multi-entity consolidation and management reporting✔ Proven experience managing treasury, banking facilities, liquidity, working capital and FX exposure✔ Strong commercial understanding of trading, sales, pricing, margins and profitability✔ Hands-on NetSuite experience, particularly within multi-entity and multi-currency environments✔ Experience working across multiple jurisdictions/geographies✔ Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA or CIMA is strongly preferred✔ Middle East and/or Africa experience would be an advantage📍 Location: Dubai, UAEIf you have a strong finance leadership background within trading, commodities, agribusiness, FMCG or distribution and your experience is closely aligned with the above requirements, I would be happy to connect.Please send me your CV directly via LinkedIn#Hiring #HeadOfFinance #FinanceLeadership #Commodities #Agribusiness #Trading #Treasury #IFRS #NetSuite #Dubai #UAEJobs #FinanceJobs
