Head of Finance & Funds - £140-150k + bonus - C. London (4 days in the office)I'm partnering with a growing private investment platform to hire a Head of Finance & Fund Operations. This is a broad leadership role offering exposure across corporate finance, fund operations, transaction support and wealth structures within an entrepreneurial, international investment business.Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll oversee the finance function, fund reporting, outsourced service providers, regulatory and statutory reporting, treasury, governance and operational controls. You'll also play a key role in supporting investment transactions, fund structures and strategic corporate activity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead legal entity finance, budgeting, forecasting and financial controlOversee fund accounting, investor reporting, capital calls and distributionsManage relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisers and banking partnersSupport investment transactions, restructurings and corporate projectsProvide oversight of offshore trust and wealth structuresDrive process improvement, governance and operational efficiencyPartner closely with senior leadership and investment professionalsAbout YouQualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Experience within private equity, investment management, private markets, alternatives or a family office environmentStrong understanding of fund operations and management company financeExposure to transactions, structuring, M&A, fundraising or divestmentsComfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced and entrepreneurial businessStrong stakeholder management and provider oversight experienceThis is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance leader looking to take ownership of a broad remit and play a key role in the next phase of growth and strategic development for the business
