Head of Finance | Group and InvestmentsDubai, UAECan you bring financial clarity to a diverse investment portfolio while working directly with its shareholders?GRG has partnered with a Dubai based family office to appoint a Head of Finance. You will oversee financial performance across UAE real estate investments, energy projects and trading operations. This is a senior role with direct access to decision makers and the autonomy to lead a lean finance function.You will give shareholders a clear view of how each investment is performing, where cash and funding needs are emerging, and which opportunities warrant further investment. The role combines portfolio oversight, forecasting and management reporting with capital raising and relationships with banks and other funding partners. You will also help establish Microsoft Dynamics and develop reporting through Power BI.Personality fit is central to this appointment. The successful candidate will be measured, approachable and comfortable offering a candid professional view to experienced shareholders with tact and confidence.What you will bringSignificant finance leadership experience, ideally within a diversified investment group or conglomerate. Exposure reporting into shareholdersMandatory experience overseeing real estate investments, including their financial performance and cash flow.Mandatory exposure reporting directly to boards and shareholders, presenting clear financial insights and recommendations that inform strategic business decisions.A track record of raising capital or securing project funding, supported by strong banking and institutional relationships.The ability to lead a small team, work hands on and build effective relationships with senior stakeholders.Strong financial planning, modeling and reporting skills.An ACCA, ACA, CA or CPA qualification is essential.Experience in energy/ trading or holding groups would be an advantage.
