Head of Finance

My client south of Boston is seeking a Head of Finance. This role would work alongside the C-Suite and senior leadership committee to manage all aspects of the company's finance & accounting. It would oversee a mid-sized team for a large, national organization within the not-for-profit space.This role would be hybrid (2 or 3 days on-site) south of Boston.Qualified applicants must have the following:Nonprofit, insurance, healthcare, or consumer services industry experienceController / Director / Head of Finance / CFO level experience8+ years of experienceMinimum Bachelor's degree with CPA preferredCompensation package is up to $180-190K + bonus + benefits
