Head of Finance

Our client, an established technology company, is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead its finance function and support the next stage of its growth. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility across financial management, governance, reporting, and strategic finance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlOversee financial governance, audit, and compliance requirementsStrengthen finance processes, controls, and reporting capabilitiesSupport strategic initiatives, investment activities, and investor relationsPartner with senior leadership and key external stakeholdersLead and develop the wider finance team

Qualifications
