HEAD OF FINANCE

WE ARE HIRING | HEAD OF FINANCEWe are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Head of Finance to lead our finance function and drive financial performance, strategic planning, governance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax filings, and external audits.Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, long-term planning, and performance analysis.Provide financial insights and recommendations on profitability, investments, pricing, and cost optimization.Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, funding, and working capital.Establish effective internal controls, manage financial risks, and safeguard company assets.Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, fixed assets, inventory valuation, and financial closing processes.Lead and develop the finance team and advise the CEO, Board, Audit Committee, and key stakeholders.Drive finance automation, ERP integration, reporting improvements, and operational efficiency.Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term shareholder value.Evaluate strategic investments, business expansion opportunities, and financial risks while ensuring optimal allocation of capital and resources.Qualifications & ExperienceRecognized professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.A degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA will be an added advantage.8–10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, treasury, and internal controls.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP will be a significant advantage.Proven experience in financial planning, cash flow management, cost control, and statutory compliance.Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.High integrity with the ability to provide strategic financial insights and support business growth.Are you ready to accept our challenge?An attractive remuneration package along with fringe benefits and career development prospects await for the chosen candidate.If you feel this is the opportunity to realize your dream career, please forward your Curriculum Vitae including two non-related referees along with a comprehensive covering letter to praveenap@lolc.com within 10 days of this advertisement.
