Head of Finance – Executive LeadershipKey ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO and senior leadership on business and financial strategy.Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.Drive revenue, EBITDA, margins, cash flow and working-capital performance.Lead financial modelling, scenario planning and strategic business cases.Manage financial performance across multiple entities, brands and locations.Evaluate CAPEX, investments, expansion opportunities and capital allocation.Support M&A, due diligence, joint ventures and strategic partnerships.Oversee treasury, liquidity, banking relationships and funding requirements.Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, risk, audit and tax compliance.Drive ERP, finance automation, analytics and digital transformation.Build and lead a high-performing finance function.Provide clear financial and commercial recommendations to the CEO, Board and shareholders.Candidate Requirements15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.Current/recent experience as Head of Finance, Finance Director, Financial Controller, Deputy CFO or equivalent.CA / ACCA / CPA – mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.Top-tier MBA / Executive MBA strongly preferred.Experience working directly with CEO, Board or shareholders.Strong multi-entity / multi-site / multi-brand P&L experience.UAE/GCC or international market exposure preferred.Experience with M&A, investment evaluation, restructuring or transformation is advantageous.Strong executive presence, commercial judgement and strategic thinking.Financial Strategy | Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) | Strategic Financial Planning | Corporate Finance | Financial Modeling | Budgeting & Forecasting | P&L Management | Commercial Finance | Business Partnering | Financial Leadership | Cash Flow Management | Working Capital Management | Treasury Management | Capital Allocation | Investment Analysis | Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) | Due Diligence | Financial Reporting | Risk Management | Corporate Governance | Internal Controls | ERP | Finance Transformation | Business Transformation | Executive Leadership
