We deliver leading MDA and SDA consumer electronics alongside comprehensive HVAC solutions.POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Finance Head to lead financial operations for our France Business Unit, with primary focus on business performance management, accounting oversight, and driving KPI achievement to support strategic business objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Unit Performance ManagementPartner with BU leadership to monitor and analyze business performance against plans and forecasts;Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to drive profitability and growth;Conduct regular business reviews, identify performance gaps, and develop action plans;Support business case development for new initiatives, investments, and strategic decisions;Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer profitability to inform business strategy;Ensure financial implications are considered in all major business decisions.Accounting Operations OversightLead and coordinate all accounting activities within the France BU, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes in compliance with French GAAP and group standards;Ensure proper accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls are established and maintained;Manage financial reporting to group headquarters and stakeholders;Coordinate with shared service centers or local accounting teams for transactional processing;Ensure compliance with statutory audit requirements and manage auditor relationships;Oversee tax compliance including VAT, corporate income tax, and local taxes.KPI Achievement & Performance DrivingDefine, monitor, and drive achievement of BU financial KPIs (revenue, EBITDA, working capital, cash flow, etc.);Establish performance measurement frameworks and dashboards for real-time tracking;Identify risks to KPI achievement and implement mitigation strategies;Drive cost optimization initiatives and efficiency improvements across the BU;Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with BU strategic objectives;Champion performance improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives; Hold business units accountable for financial targets through regular performance reviews. Business Partnering & Stakeholder ManagementAct as strategic business partner to BU President and leadership team;Translate financial data into actionable business insights for non-finance stakeholders;Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to optimize business performance;Represent BU finance in regional and global finance forums;Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including banks, auditors, and tax authorities.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, develop, and mentor the France BU finance team;Build capabilities in business partnering, analysis, and performance management;Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business focus;Ensure adequate staffing and skill sets to support BU objectives.Systems & Process ExcellenceDrive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting tools, and processes;Implement best practices in performance management and business analytics;Ensure data integrity and system integration across the BU. SKILL & EXPERIENCE Education & CertificationsBachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field;Professional accounting qualifications recognized in France (DCG, DSCG, Expert-Computable) or international certifications (CPA, ACCA, CMA) required.Experience10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in business partnering or BU finance leadership roles;Proven track record in managing P&L, driving KPI achievement, and supporting business decisions;Experience in multinational corporations with complex organizational structures;Strong background in both financial accounting and business performance management;Industry experience relevant to the BU's business (manufacturing, retail, technology, etc.).Technical SkillsStrong understanding of French GAAP, IFRS, and statutory reporting requirements;Expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting; Proficient in performance management frameworks and KPI development; Advanced skills in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development; Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced analytics tools; Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau).
