With over half a million users, it continues to be the fastest-growing digital bank in the region.Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced finance leader to act as the strategic finance partner for Retail Banking, Retail Client Segments, and international Retail Banking & Wealth Management (RBWM) operations across the Group. The role is responsible for delivering insightful financial performance management, governance, planning, controls, and decision-support capabilities, while leading a team of finance professionals to ensure consistent application of Group policies and control frameworks across all business areas.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all finance activities and provide strategic financial partnership across Retail Products, Retail Client Segments, and RBWM international businesses.Deliver timely, accurate and insightful management information to support business performance monitoring and executive decision-making.Drive strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes, ensuring clear visibility of risks, opportunities and key business drivers.Strengthen governance, financial controls and reconciliation frameworks while ensuring compliance with Group financial and accounting policies.Lead finance transformation projects and strategic initiatives, including planning tools, business intelligence platforms and management information enhancements.Skills & ExperienceQualified Accountant or MBA with a specialisation in Finance.Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience within the finance function of a large banking institution.Strong understanding of finance, business performance management, strategic planning and financial systems.Exposure to Retail Banking and Wealth Management business environments.Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead high-performing teams and operate effectively within demanding, fast-paced environments.There’s never been a better time to join Emirates NBD.We’re one of the region’s most recognizable brands.
