Head of Fixed Income Opportunity in KL Your new role You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 people focusing on the Group's fixed-income investment and currency exposure. 1. Fixed Income Investment Management - Overseeing Investments in Gov. Bonds, Corp Bonds, MM Instruments and other Debt Securities 2. Managing the Group's exposure to MYR, USD, SGD through FX hedging, Contracts and other Financial Instruments 3. Portfolio Management - Determine asset allocation, duration, yield targets and investment strategies to optimise risk-adjusted returns 4. Working closely with Treasury and Cash team to ensure sufficient liquidity across the group and optimise cash deployment 5. Interest Rates and Market Risk - Monitor interest rate movements, bond yields, and identify macroeconomic developments and their impact on investment performance 6. Liaising with senior management and EXCO on advice relating to investment portfolio, market position and asset allocation What you'll need to succeed 10-15 years' experience in Fixed Income, FX, Treasury or Capital Markets with strong credit analysis, derivatives and financing expertise Experience and track record of leading a team and also reporting directly to the board of directors, CFO, CEO and other senior stakeholders What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
