This is a high-impact opportunity to join the leadership team, driving financial planning, commercial performance, and strategic decision-making across a multi-channel business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processProvide strategic insight and analysis to the Board and senior leadership teamDrive revenue, margin, and profitability reporting across retail and e-commerce channelsPartner with key stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, operations, and supply chainDevelop KPIs and performance reporting to support business growthLead financial modelling and investment appraisals for strategic initiativesIdentify opportunities to improve commercial performance and operational efficiencyBuild and develop a high-performing FP&A teamSuccessful CandidateACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)Proven FP&A leadership experience within retail, luxury, consumer, or multi-site environmentsStrong commercial acumen with experience influencing senior stakeholdersAdvanced financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting expertiseTrack record of driving business performance through data-led insightsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAvailable immediately or at short notice
