The firm is committed to personalized service, practical solutions, and proactive support aligned with clients’ business goals.Role Description The Head of Fundraising will lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies to support BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE’s growth and philanthropic initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves identifying and cultivating relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and philanthropic organizations, as well as overseeing fundraising campaigns and events. The role includes designing and managing donor engagement plans, preparing compelling proposals and presentations, and ensuring transparent reporting on fundraising outcomes. The Head of Fundraising will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align fundraising goals with the firm’s strategic objectives and brand. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring fundraising performance, managing budgets, and guiding internal teams to support fundraising activities.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in fundraising and philanthropy, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets.Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with major donors and charitable organizations.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to craft persuasive proposals and present to diverse stakeholders.Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies and campaigns in a professional services or nonprofit environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Knowledge of the Dubai and regional philanthropic landscape and familiarity with fundraising regulations and best practices.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, demonstrating integrity, discretion, and cultural awareness.
