An investment firm based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to lead capital raising and investor relations for a Private Equity Real Estate Fund.This senior role will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategy, building institutional and private investor relationships, and driving capital growth across the GCC and international marketsKey ResponsibilitiesLead capital raising from institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIDevelop and manage the investor pipelinePrepare and deliver investment presentationsNegotiate and close capital commitmentsRepresent the firm at industry eventsRequirements12+ years of experience in private equity real estate, real estate funds, or capital raisingProven track record of raising capital for investment fundsStrong network within the GCC investment communityAbility to operate independently in a senior leadership capacity
