The RoleOur client is a well-established NGO in Hong Kong. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will oversee governance, administration, stakeholder engagement, funding oversight and operational excellence across a sizable service portfolio.This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced professional with a strong track record in governance, administration, budget management and stakeholder engagement within a complex organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead governance, policy development and operational planning across multiple service unitsOversee budget allocation, funding governance and financial stewardship for substantial annual operating fundsManage relationships with government departments, funding bodies and key external stakeholdersDrive organizational effectiveness, process improvement and administrative excellence across service unitsPartner with HR, Finance and IT teams to strengthen organizational capability and operational efficiencySupport executive leadership through strategic planning, reporting and decision-makingEnsure compliance with regulatory, funding and internal governance requirementsChampion digital initiatives and operational enhancement projects across the organizationRequirementsDegree holder with 10+ years of management experienceStrong governance, administration, or corporate services leadership backgroundExperience managing large budgets, funding, and stakeholder relationshipsExposure to Finance, IT, Administration, or Corporate Services functionsStrong strategic, analytical, and organizational skillsPreferred BackgroundWe welcome applications from professionals working in:NGOs and social service organizationsCorporate Services functionsFinance & Administration functionsGovernance and Compliance functionsPublic sector, healthcare or other large multi-site organizations
