Head of Government Affairs

Keeta, an independent brand of Meituan, is redefining food delivery across Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and the Middle East. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Head of Government Affairs to lead our government engagement strategy, strengthen key stakeholder relationships, and navigate an evolving regulatory landscape.If you're an experienced Government Affairs leader who understands the intersection of policy, technology, and business, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoGovernment Affairs StrategyDevelop and execute a countrywide government affairs strategy aligned with business priorities.Identify regulatory risks and opportunities to support sustainable business growth.Government & Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain trusted relationships with key government authorities, policymakers, and industry stakeholders.Represent Keeta in industry associations, public forums, and policy discussions.Policy & Regulatory AdvisoryMonitor legislative and regulatory developments and translate them into clear business implications.Advocate for policies that support innovation while mitigating regulatory and operational risks.Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with Legal, Communications, Operations, and business teams to align government engagement with company priorities.Provide strategic regulatory guidance for new initiatives, market developments, and sensitive or crisis situations.What We're Looking For8+ years of experience in Government Affairs, Public Policy, Regulatory Affairs, or related roles.Deep understanding of local political, regulatory, and legislative processes.Established relationships with relevant government institutions and policymakers.Experience within technology, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, digital services, or other fast-growing industries is highly preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex regulation into actionable business recommendations.Experience building or scaling Government Affairs functions in high-growth organizations is a strong advantage.Knowledge of digital economy regulation, data privacy, or emerging technology policy is a plus.Fluent in English & Arabic.Why Join Keeta?🌍 Shape our government strategy – Lead Keeta's government engagement strategy in a critical growth market.🚀 High ownership & impact – Influence strategic decisions and help enable sustainable business growth.🤝 Global collaboration – Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across the organization.📈 Build for the future – Join a rapidly expanding international business and help establish the foundations for long-term growth.
