Together, we’ll make sure our products meet our customers’ requirements and the highest standards of quality, by constantly improving at every stage of our value chain. You will be based in our Headquarter in Nichelino (TO), partnering with the supply chain network of experts located across our manufacturing network. Availability to travel internationally is required.YOUR IMPACT:Supply Chain strategy: define the Supply Chain strategy and priorities, in coordination with the Operations Leadership team, and all upstream and downstream partners. Implement all appropriate programs to address evolving business requirements or issuesSales & Operations Planning: lead the implementation, ongoing management and effectiveness of the Sales and Operations Planning program, driving the regular execution of the S&OP processPlanning: oversee Production Master Planning and inventory management execution, with direct links to relevant internal counterparts (i.e. Procurement, Commercial, etc) and to international network and Operations leadership. Oversee the reconciliation of the supply capacity and the aggregated demand plan; analyze and challenge data accuracy and oversee the preparation of monthly inventory reportsSupply Chain Excellence: define, implement and monitor Group Supply Chain KPIs (OTIF, plan attainment, inventory value, inventory obsolescence, etc). Identify continuous improvement actions, in terms of data management and monitoring, processes and systems, to promote team effectivenessStakeholders & Partners management: work with colleagues across relevant functions and with external partners to continuously improve supply chain operations and the service provided to customers, in terms of schedule attainment, adherence and on time deliveryYOUR EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 10 years of supply chain experience, within a global manufacturing or industrial organization. Experience in complex outsourced manufacturing operations and managing strategic partnerships with global CMOs/CDMOs are preferredDeep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain and quality systems; experience with external manufacturing networks in a global, regulated environment is strongly preferred.Hands-on experience in the design and implementation of supply chain excellence programs and supply chain digital transformation programs Result driven, KPI and ROI minded, with a high bar for quality and continuous improvement.Willing to travel across the manufacturing and distribution network (mainly EU, UK, US)YOUR SKILLS:Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related subject with clear evidence of continued professional development in support of their expertiseAbility to work in a diverse environment Ability to operate at a strategic level, but comfortably adjust to operational detail to ensure objectives are deliveredFluent in English, written and spokenAll applicants are welcomed in an inclusive environment.
