Head of Growth - London - £100,000+We’re hiring a Head of Growth for an early-stage, AI-native B2B SaaS company.This is a high-ownership, hands-on role working directly with the founders. You’ll own growth end-to-end — from ICP and GTM strategy through acquisition, pipeline and revenue.The roleOwn growth, pipeline, revenue and CACDefine ICP, positioning and GTM strategyBuild and scale paid, outbound, partnerships and other acquisition channelsRun growth experiments and optimise the full funnelBuild the reporting, attribution and growth playbookHire and lead the growth team as the company scalesThe Person:We’re looking for someone who has built growth, not just managed it.You’ll ideally have:Proven commercial growth results in B2B SaaSStrong paid acquisition and multi-channel experienceExperience building GTM from the ground upA highly analytical, experimentation-led mindsetStrong commercial instinct and founder-level autonomyHands-on experience with modern AI, sales and marketing toolingHigh autonomy, direct founder access and the opportunity to build the growth engine of an ambitious AI company from the ground up.If this role is of interest, apply here or email dounia.hardwicke@exploreltd.com
